I really wanted to like this dress because it looked so cute in the photos, and I noticed a lot of people seemed happy with it. But once I tried it on, the fabric just felt cheaper than I expected. It was kind of thin and a little scratchy against my skin, so I can’t imagine wearing it comfortably for a whole night out. The fit was fine, not amazing but not bad, but compared to other dresses I’ve bought around the same price, this one didn’t feel as nice. Probably wouldn’t order it again.

It felt way too expensive for what it was. I mean, why pay that much when it doesn’t really feel like you’re getting much value?

I did get my refund eventually, but wow... it took a long time!!! Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than I was hoping for..

The box arrived neat and in decent shape, which I appreciated. Not sure if everyone else is getting theirs like this too, but mine was packed well

I ordered this dress for a wedding once I tried it on, I immediately started second-guessing it. In person it felt a lot more nightclub than special occasion, and I kept looking in the mirror hoping I was just being too critical, but it didn’t really feel right for the event.

The fit was awkward too, tight in random places, and the fabric felt thinner than I expected, which didn’t help my confidence. I ended up rushing to find another dress last minute. It might be cute for a night out, but for a proper wedding or formal event, I just didn’t feel comfortable or reassured wearing it

I can only speak for the one I bought, but the dress fit me really well. It felt true to size and I didn’t notice any weird gaps or awkward spots.

I ordered a dress and wasn’t expecting much from the tracking, since it can be vague with some shops. But the updates were actually really clear the whole way through, and I knew exactly when it was going to arrive. No stress, no guessing around. Really happy with the experience.

The delivery was quick — I swear I’d barely finished thinking about it and it was already at my door.

My order tracking wasn’t updating, which was kind of annoying, so I ended up messaging customer service. They replied quickly, to be fair, and explained what was happening. I did have to send one more message before it was fully sorted, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars, but they were friendly and helpful. Anyway, it all worked out in the end and I’m happy with the support overall

The dress color looked exactly like it did in the pictures, which I was super happy about :) Such a relief when it actually matches!!

I’ll be honest, I’m always a bit wary with returns because I don’t fully trust customer service to sort things without a load of chasing, but the refund was actually processed quickly, just a few days after they received it.

Taking one star off because returns are still a bit of a hassle, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the refund part was.

It looked exactly like the pictures, and the fit and style were pretty much spot on. No surprises here, which is always nice. any sizing issues would probably be preventable if you just double-check the measurements first.

Love the clothes and as for customer service I was nervous about trying to get my money back for an expensive dress when the zip broke however Soha was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  

I ordered a dress from Club L London and ended up needing to swap it for another size. The returns portal was straightforward, so that part was fine, but I think I must’ve sent it back at the worst possible time because it took longer than I expected to hear anything.
The new size did arrive eventually and the dress is lovely, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the updates had been a bit quicker because the waiting was the annoying part. Overall it worked out, but the timing definitely made the exchange feel slower than it needed to be

I ordered a dress from Club L London i’m sure I’m happy with it overall. The material felt nice and thick, definitely not cheap, and it looked basically like the photos. The fit was good too, although it was a bit tight around the zip, so I had to be a little careful getting it on. For the price, I’d say it was worth it, and I’d probably order from them again...

The site was easy enough to use overall, but a few pages took too long to load and it got frustrating waiting around. Checkout worked in the end, but it felt slower than it should have.

I got my dress using a promo code, so the price felt fair. The site was easy enough to use and the order went through fine. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, but overall it was okay. I’d probably buy again if there’s another good offer.

I do like the dresses on Club L London, and the stuff I’ve ordered has been nice enough, but the stock situation is frustrating. The dress I actually wanted was sold out in my size for ages, and some colors seem to disappear almost immediately. The restock emails are helpful sometimes, but not always, and it’s hard to tell who’s really managing what or who to follow up with when sizes don’t come back. I ended up ordering something else and it was fine, but I really wish they’d keep more sizes available or at least make it clearer what’s going on
